I had a wonderful experience at the Premier Inn Inverness Centre. The room was exceptionally clean and had a cozy Hypnos bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. However, I was disappointed that they didn't offer a meal deal during my stay, which would have been a great addition to my overall experience.

My stay at the Premier Inn Inverness Centre was a mixed bag. The location was perfect for my trip, just a short walk to the city center, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I did face some challenges with noise and temperature during my stay due to ongoing construction and the absence of air conditioning.

My stay at Premier Inn Inverness Centre was a mixed bag. On the positive side, I found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. However, there were some issues, including the lack of staff presence at times and the room could have used some maintainance.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was spacious, but it felt a bit dingy and could benefit from a thorough cleaning and some freshening up. The absence of a lift was also inconvenient since my room was located in the main block.
Service

While the staff were very friendly and helpful when I encountered them, there were times when the reception area was completely unstaffed, which was quite frustrating. Having no phone in the room made it difficult to reach out for help when needed.

Breakfast was a highlight with a good selection of both hot and cold options. I appreciated the flexibility with poached or scrambled eggs upon request, making it a very satisfying way to start the day.

The hotel provides ample free parking, which is a big plus in a city where parking can be scarce. However, the absence of a lift was a downside for anyone on the higher floors.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and my room was clean and comfortable. However, I found the drink prices at the bar to be a bit pricey. However, I did run into a couple of hiccups with the breakfast service, which was slower than I expected, especially on a busy weekend.
